🚀 Getting Started

Follow these simple steps to download and run the SafeT_Website application.

  1. Check System Requirements
    Ensure your device meets the following requirements:
    • Operating System: Linux (works best on Ubuntu, Fedora, and Debian)
    • Internet Connection: Required for initial download
    • Disk Space: At least 100 MB available
  2. Visit the Download Page
    Go to the Releases page for SafeT_Website at this link: Download SafeT_Website

📥 Download & Install

When you reach the Releases page, look for the latest version. Click on the version number to access the download options.

Download Options

Choose one of the following files based on your Linux distribution:

Once you select your preferred file, follow these instructions:

  1. For Debian/Ubuntu Users:
    • Open a terminal.
    • Navigate to the directory where you downloaded the .deb file.
    • Run the command:
      sudo dpkg -i safe-t_website_version.deb
      
    • Replace safe-t_website_version.deb with the actual file name.
    • If you encounter missing dependencies, run:
      sudo apt-get install -f
      
  2. For Fedora Users:
    • Open a terminal.
    • Navigate to the directory with the downloaded .rpm file.
    • Use the command:
      sudo rpm -ivh safe-t_website_version.rpm
      
    • Replace safe-t_website_version.rpm with the actual file name.
  3. For Source Code Users:
    • Open a terminal.
    • Extract the .zip file:
      unzip safe-t_website_version.zip
      
    • Navigate into the unzipped directory.
    • Build and install the application according to the instructions provided in the README file inside.

After the installation is complete, you can start the SafeT_Website application from your applications menu or by typing safet in the terminal.
